Compassionate, individualised support for you and your baby, wherever your feeding journey takes you.
A bit about me.
Hi, I’m Sophie, founder of The Infant Feeding Hub. I’m passionate about supporting families to feel informed, empowered and supported throughout their feeding journey.
Alongside The Infant Feeding Hub, I work within an NHS hospital infant feeding team, supporting families across maternity, neonatal and children’s services. I find this work incredibly rewarding and wanted to be able to offer families the same compassionate, individualised support in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.
I am a qualified Advanced Infant Feeding Coach and trained Tongue-Tie Assessor, with experience supporting families with a wide range of feeding challenges.
Every family, baby and feeding journey is different. Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, combination feeding, or finding that feeding simply isn’t going as you had hoped, I am here to listen and help.
I can support you with everything from positioning and attachment, painful or difficult feeds and expressing, through to milk supply concerns, bottle feeding difficulties and more complex feeding challenges. I can also provide a comprehensive tongue-tie assessment where this may be contributing to feeding difficulties.
My approach is family-centred, compassionate and non-judgemental. My role is to provide evidence-informed information and practical support so that you can make the choices that feel right for you and your family.
